The Australian Kawasaki story began in the mid-1960’s. With coverage Australia wide and such a strong brand, it made sense to offer insurance to their customers.
Our team, backed with years of intimate financial services experience, was given the opportunity to design and develop a factory branded insurance product for motorcycle riders. A heavy focus was placed on UX, supported by a unique rating engine and algorithm paved the way to capitalise and penetrate the market.
The system employs a modern framework that quickly and accurately calculates premiums for all types of insurance, offering additional features for customer profiling, rider insurance add-ons, and excess variation. The system's local success has led to its expansion to the New Zealand market.

For an efficient quote and bind portal, our development team built a dashboard interface to assist with reporting, strategy, transactional history, user accounts, and more.
Microsites
Having an incredibly strong brand, Kawasaki launched a 'Win a Bike' competition to promote the new insurance offering. Full cycle campaigns were run through a number of channels including email, print, sms and digital. The giveaway saw huge uptake with thousands of submissions which generated great traction.
